YBI Media started with an eight-year-old boy and a simple dream: capturing his sports heroes through his lens. That boy was Younes Belguebli. Fast forward: that dream has long since come true, and then some. He grew up in The Hague, studied Architecture at TU Delft, but quickly realized that building stories appealed to him more than building with concrete. So he left the engineering path behind and started his own business. What began as freelancing with a camera and a mission has grown into a creative agency made up of 10 creatives, each bringing a unique skill set. Although we now work for some of the world’s biggest brands, we’re still the same Hague-based company that believes in hard work and big dreams.
No fancy talk, no hierarchies. Just a team of people bursting with intrinsic motivation. Everyone here brings their own style, skills, and energy. We’re critical of our work, and of each other, in a positive way. Because we believe the best campaigns come from letting people do what they’re good at. That’s why we empower our team. Not for the sake of a nice story, but because it shows in the results for the client.
Our office isn’t your average workspace. It’s our creative home base, right in the heart of The Hague. The place where ideas are born, challenged, and ultimately brought to life. We have our own infinity wall, a high-end editing setup, and an arsenal of cameras and gear that’s truly impressive. But above all: we have the freedom to create whatever we want. From polished productions to spontaneous TikToks, this is our playground. And we’d love to take you along for the ride.

Building big brands is great, but giving back is just as important. That’s why we’re the main sponsor of the Fofie Foundation. Together, we’re building a school in Kumasi, Ghana, that will soon offer a future to 1,000 children. Younes traveled to the construction site himself to help and to capture what we’re making possible together. Those images form the core of our campaigns, through which we raise funds and create awareness. This is something that moves us—and hopefully you too.
